Roadmap to a Sovereign Future

Australia is at a turning point. For too long, our governance has operated under outdated systems, foreign allegiances, and political monopolies that no longer serve the will of the people. The Founding Assembly was created to guide the nation toward a better way a lawful, people-led transformation of democracy.

Our mission unfolds through a clear and actionable five-stage roadmap. Each stage is focused on creating real, lasting change through transparency, community, and verified participation. This is not a theory, it’s already underway. Empowering citizens through digital sovereignty and civic engagement.

Stage One

We begin by raising funds through public support. These resources will help establish legal counsel, media production, and infrastructure needed for our movement to take root.

Stage Two

The Public Commons in Queensland will serve as our civic hub. From here, we will host public assemblies, live streams, and build trust by engaging directly with Australians through transparency and open dialogue.

Stage Three

We’re building a non-financial, open-source blockchain system that allows citizens to vote, propose ideas, and verify governance, all without incentives for profit. Participation itself is the value.

Stage Four

Through verified founder accounts and governance tokens, Australians will gain the tools to shape the laws and policies that affect them. Petitions, votes, and representation will be handled on-chain, securely and transparently.

The final stage is a lawful referendum under Section 128 of the Constitution. Here, the people will vote on a new, citizen-authored document to replace the colonial relic of 1901.
