Stage Two
Establishing Our First Operational Facilities
“Once the flame is lit, we build the forge.”
Objective
To secure and develop the initial facilities and amenities required to operationalize The Founding Assembly. This stage allows us to house the media, logistics, and outreach functions necessary to unify, educate, and expand the national conversation.
With Stage 1 funding complete, we now begin putting that support into action — transforming momentum into something tangible.

What This Stage Builds
After acquiring the amenities to support our project goals, we’ll establish our first operational space in Queensland. This facility is not a campaign office, it's a working production and planning environment. A space where strategy, education, digital engagement, and infrastructure-building come together.
These facilities will allow us to:
House the team building our blockchain tools and governance systems
Run livestreams and public video productions
Host local assemblies, civic forums, and educational discussions
Provide a location for verified citizen engagement with the platform as it develops
Public Engagement through Media
At the heart of Stage 2 is the launch of our independent media and outreach platform. We aim to create consistent, high-quality content that informs the public about:
Our mission, process, and lawful approach
The realities of Australia’s outdated and dependent constitutional framework
The people-powered systems we’re creating to replace it
How others can get involved, vote on issues, or help shape reforms
This includes:
Livestreamed forums and interviews
Weekly blog updates on development and legal milestones
Explainer videos for the blockchain governance model
Documentaries and event coverage from within the movement
The media we create here will become the primary vehicle for spreading awareness of our mission and updating the public on progress through each stage.
Building the Tools for People Led Governance
During Stage 2, we can ramp up development on the core infrastructure of The Founding Assembly’s governance system, our blockchain network, Founders Wallet, and non-fungible identity tokens (NFTs).
These tools are essential. They allow us to:
Verify real citizens (without surveillance)
Securely issue soulbound tokens for identity and voting
Build a tamper-proof, transparent platform for proposals, petitions, and referendums
Our development team is now assembling the foundational layers of the network:
The Blockchain: a custom-built consortium chain focused on public governance
The Wallet: a lightweight interface for users to receive and use governance tokens
The NFT System: non-transferable, citizen-verified IDs linked to real-world eligibility
These aren’t crypto trading tools, they’re participation tools.
Unlike most chains, ours won’t offer financial rewards. Participation itself is the value.
We’re excited to take this next step, and we’ll keep updating you as development progress
